Maternal Negligence

The Project

In this short film trailer, it was extremely important to bring awareness to black maternal health and uplift the voices of those too often silenced in our world, especially in medical situations. It was important for me to work in service to the story every step of the way, with capturing location audio, dialogue editing and replacement, composing, and mixing. I was in direct discussion with the director and producer each step of the process to make sure the sound was reinforcing the story of the piece.
